"I took a pair of sandals in for the straps to be reinforced. I was told the soles and heels needed to be replaced as well. $55.00 later, the soles and heels were replaced but the straps were NOT!!!! touched. I took them back in and the manager, who does NOT speak much English in an American shop told me he would have to charge me again."

"DO NOT GO HERE!!! I brought my 350 dollar vintage cowgirl boots to him that my dog chewed at the top. He told me he would fix it by trimming it down but still leaving the shape of the top of the boot. He made me pay prior to the work being done. When I picked them up he completely just cut them straight across. They are not even a straight cut or seem and one boot is half an inch taller than the other !! You can even see the pen mark where he didn’t cut the straight line. When I picked up my boots I explained how upset I was and they are unfixable at this point so I asked nicely to please refund me. He sells shoes there so I even offered to let him keep them and sell them and give me my money back and he refused. So disrespectful and rude. A 5 year old could have done this. And on top of that while I was there another costumer came in to pick up his shoes and he had him go behind the counter to try and find them and when he couldn’t he told the guy there was nothing he could do unless he found his ticket. Even though the ticket is hand written with the persons name so it doesn’t make a difference. The guy left without his shoes he paid 90 dollars for. Ridiculous. Have never experienced such bad service in my life."

"My wife had a pair of boots repaired and a new leather tab made and repaired on a briefcase computer bag. She was given the cost for each up front and told when to come pick them up. Professional work was done and both items looked as new. I am one to appreciate a persons hand work and expertise and know that good work is worth good pay. We would not hesitate to use this business again when needed and we highly recommend."

"Dropped off my Golden Fox moc toe boots for a Vibram resole. He had them repaired by the date he promised. They look good. I’m happy. When I was leaving he offered me a pair of redwing 875’s like new for $30. Obviously I couldn’t pass the deal up. I came home with two pairs of boots. I’m happy. I will use him in the future."
