"Very disappointed in Lifestance. I canceled my appointment 2 weeks in advanced but noticed they still charged my credit card. When I called they admitted it was a mistake and that they’d take care of it. Today I noticed they charged my card again without any communication or warning as to why. The fact that I’ve had to call 3 times and they still continue to “forget” to clear this up and remove the charge is extremely suspicious. I don’t recommend anyone visiting Lifestance. This has been very poor service and I don’t recommend anyone going here."

"I was initially happy when I found them online unfortunately a series of events quickly changed my mind and I went with another provider. First, I booked an appointment online and was very excited about this appointment, getting therapy was finally going to happen however Lifestance called me and told me the provider didn't accept my insurance so they had to cancel. Okay no problem while on the phone with customer service I booked another appointment or at least I thought I did. The rep confirmed the provider and the appointment just for me to receive a follow-up email stating that she was unable to book the appointment. Now this is where I start having doubts because she clearly confirmed this appointment with me and told me that I was on the schedule. Okay, so I call again to booked an appointment and that was successful however on the day of the appointment I had the wrong provider's link for telehealth. How bad is that and no one not the provider or the customer care called to see if they could be of assistance in logging in. Finally, the same day I received a call from a young lady to put me on the schedule but a baby was babbling in the background which would be sweet if I was talking to my cousin an them. But very unprofessional for a work related call. Not only that she had a terrible connection I had to repeat myself more than once and she seemed like she was all over the place. In that moment I knew I was not going to leave my therapy in the hands of such an unorganized, unprofessional, derelict agency. The final straw was when they sent me the link for my appointment once again it was for the wrong provider. Please run don't walk away from this terrible mental health company."
