"Horrible, boarding on fraudulent, practices. I signed up with their first month discount, paid in full, tried to get an intake to no avail, and then was charged a month later after still failing to have an intake. Then, they claimed it was my mistake! That I didn’t follow up with them, have the emails to prove my reaching out, then said it needed to be through their app? I asked for a refund since no therapy was ever given and they said, “we do not provide refunds.” Now, I’m trying to figure out how to cancel their subscription since they are claiming I’m still on it and they won’t help me, directing me toward the app… what damn app?! SMH"

"I have been with Grouport for over a year and will be continuing. It has made a real difference in my life. The first group to which I was assigned was not a good fit, but they worked with me to find one that was compatible. I ended up in a DBT group, an approach they specialize in that I hadn’t heard of before. I found that DBT gives you practical skills to deal with a variety of life problems and difficult emotions. My group therapist is very insightful and empathetic, and finding her has been a blessing. I have also found their customer service very responsive, and have never had a problem communicating with them. And considering how outrageously expensive therapy can be these days, the fees are reasonable. Very glad I joined."

Groupon does not have customer service support during business hours, you will receive an email response to your inquiry in 2-3 days. They will also bill you if you don't cancel on time before the next billing cycle, you can cancel via a link they provide, they will charge you even if you don't attend the meetings. The help I received via emails is scattered, you rarely talk to the same agent and have to explain your situation and delay the cancellation process so they continue to bill you. Each month is 100 dollars."

"Advertisement of the service is very misleading. So I subscribed for the group therapy as it was advertised that way. However the first thing group leader told us is this is not a group therapy, we are not allowed to do that as our license is only for 3 states. So basically it's like an educational group, it's not like group where you share and talk to each other for support. It's more like a watching video on YouTube with very little interaction. I am guessing that's why they have strictly not refundable policy"
