"I have been using LifeStance since July 2021. I have had a great experience except that my insurance balance says over 10k because BCBS has a credentialing issue. It's tough to go to therapy for anxiety and then the therapy bill gives you anxiety!"

"Watch out, they are out for your money. They sent me an outrageous bill and refused to explain the charges. I paid it, though it hurt, to avoid them charging me lots of late fees. Actual care was good, but I would avoid them for their aggressive billing practices."
