The jeweler Nick changed the band on my wedding ring but it wasn't what I envisioned..most likely because I know very little about jewelry and probably wasn't clear on what I wanted. I brought the ring back and fully expected to pay to have taller prongs to hold the diamond in. I asked the girl I was talking to (wish I got her name) how much it would cost to fix it. She graciously offered to fix it at no charge even though they would have to purchase another setting to put the diamond in. I was shocked that they could be so kind about it.
