"I just wanted to say that Marianna at Madewell is wonderful. She did an entire “fitting” for me with denim to find the perfect pair for my body shape/size. I have a hard time finding jeans that fit well because I’m short waisted and right on the line between regular sizes and plus sizes. She helped me find something that looked cute and was comfortable while Never making me feel like I was making her a job difficult due to my “less than normal” size/shape. If you want help finding a great pair of jeans that FIT while also having the process simplified - I highly recommend talking to Marianna at the Knoxville store location. ❤️❤️❤️"

"I was living in Knoxville while my husband was having treatments this winter. Bought a lot of merchandise right after they opened. It was a very rainy day and we left without our umbrella and returned 5 minutes later to get it —only to be told they didn’t have it. We were the only shoppers in the store when we left and when we returned there were no other customers were there. Their shop is very small with very few customers ...so not sure how is disappeared unless it was the sales staff. We returned to Knoxville today (we live out of state) and went straight to Madewell. My husband dropped me off and I quickly went in to buy a few things. 15 minutes later I get a call from my husband saying the car keys were in my purse (ugh) and he was a quarter mile down the street at Sonic. I asked the girls if there were taxis here - my Uber account is not working. No taxis. I then asked if there was anyone that might be kind enough to take me. They couldn’t leave and they didn’t know if anyone. SO... I bought some jeans and shoes I could make the walk in..... In the pouring down rain AND They sold me an umbrella so I wouldn’t get so wet. They also mentioned they carried raincoats and I might want to buy one too!!!"

"Beautiful store great location. I’ve been in a couple times and the store is always immaculate. The merchandise is beautiful and the employees were so friendly and helpful. I am clueless on fashion and what works or doesn’t work. The staff helped cloth me and style me in versatile outfits. I was really impressed with their attentiveness and patience to make me look good. I can’t wait for my next visit!"

"Nice and beautiful store, has most items online does, this store in Knoxville was opened in Feb, 2019, and got a great location. I have more than half an hour drive there, but it’s near whole food, lululemon and west town mall, so it’s a great place for me on weekends! The staffs there are very kind and helpful, they are patient to help me get a personalized medium transport tote through customer service because you can only get 15% student discounts for everything in store! Really a nice place for you guys to check out!"
