"I used to go to the other place down the street. Go read my review. The customer service at hyatt is far superior than the other place. I wish I would have spent my money here instead. Went here the other day for a a300 patrol and a ruger super redhawk alaskan 44 which the 2 gun combo here was actually $500 cheaper than it would have been at the other place. I also took my cz shadow 2 for some gunsmith work. Just hate I didn't always do business at hyatt but they have my business from here on. Was asked probably 4 times with a smile if I was being helped. Made me feel very comfortable and I even bought the guy that helped me with my purchase lunch. That's how much I appreciated him and this business. Thanks."

"Bought my Smith and Wesson small 9mm from this store. I have never been able to fire it without it jamming. I brought my gun in twice to have it serviced the gun Smith manplained my gun to me and told me I was not being rough enough on it. Well after that took it to the range again. It did same thing would not fire and locked in firing mode so a gun I have never shot sits in my closet stuck in jammed. I use to come to your store every weekend you knew me by face. Thanks for taking my money for a gun that never worked and manplaining my on gun to me and letting me leave the store with an unsafe gun. Glad I have her big sister a full size 9mm to protect my family with. Women do not go to this store when they were small they cared now they don't and have lost all of my family's business. We will not be buying from you anymore. I know you don't care and are making money hand over fist. But I was your girl back in the day and therefore made me a regular at your establishment this is how you treat your females in your family. Please make sure guns work before selling a useless paperweight for close to 350.00. Also take better care of those that took care of you."

"I Purchased a Sig sauer P365 form this guys and right away I noticed a $50 dollar difference from their website and after asking the associate about that they went ahead and price matched the price it was all well after that. Now when I paid I noticed a $29 dollar charge for a processing fee. I’ve been purchasing firearms for over 20 years and have never came across this in the past. For that alone I would never return again."

They helped me changed the address on my license & we’re still about to help me get my merchandise the same day with no issue & helped me the whole way through! Zack was new but still helped a lot & made sure I left with no questions. Being a female I felt welcomed here. They didn’t mansplain or make me feel lesser being a female coming in alone, in fact I felt like they were extremely open to helping in every way they could & other employees checked on me to make sure I was having a good experience!
