"Customer Service on 11/22 was the absolute worst. No one greeted me upon entering. I spoke to staff but no one responded back. Additionally I asked about an item and the response was " I never tried the item on so I can't give feedback". ..... while an employee may not have physically tried and item on I would think they should be familiar with the products. Northlake location is closer to my home but I drive to south park for the service."

"Worst experience ever in a retail store. Long story short the employee attempted to hand me the dressing room key to open the door myself because she said she just walked back there and the doors were open. Another employee co-signed her behavior by telling me they do in fact give customers the dressing room key to open the door themselves. Another employee finally walked up took the key from her and graciously opened the fitting room door."

"Terrible service, had a return and there was no one in the store and the lady at the register still made me wait to get service. She was rude and unprofessional. Almost like my presence was bothering her."

"Clothes were nice, but the front guy was really rude. We weren't aware that the front door rings everytime someone step foot there. Some of us was waiting there for of our buddy to finish paying then we leave. So Instead of educating us first. He ask if we know English/understand English? Before even saying anything. Never going back there again."

"Love their clothes but customer service is very poor. I called and checked google and it says store hours open at 10am. When I talked to an associate she informed me it is really 11am. Fair enough. I understand mistakes and she can't control what the the phone recording says, but she was rude and hung up. She came across as feeling inconvenienced when I was the one to drive 45 minutes to try to shop and found out I'm an hour early. This isn't the way we should be doing business."
