"My wife’s experience at this practice (multiple visits for the same condition) was entirely negative for a number of reasons, to include: Referencing results on a patient portal, despite the fact that the office claims there is no patient portal. Being exceedingly difficult to get records from Claim they welcome follow up questions, but the doctor was rude when answering questions. Took several weeks to get in touch with her about said questions. The doctor contradicted her own treatment plan several times, refusing to write down the treatment plan Ignored or was ignorant of an obvious odor, making us wait for a culture to come back after over week (which showed an infection) The treatments prescribed, followed to the letter, left my wife in worse shape than before she arrived. After seeing a specialist, it is now estimated my wife will take six months minimum for her vaginal health to return to normal."
