"Wish I had good things to say about Julie Jaffe but it’s been nothing but terrible trying to get healthcare here over the past few months. Initially, my appointment was rushed through, I noted I wanted a hormone test done, they took blood and I never got results. I called, they didn’t answer, I emailed they answered two weeks later. Booked another appointment because I guess they lost the test, though they didn’t provide an explanation. I have now arrived to the appointment which I confirmed twice to find I’m not booked in and am not sure if I’ll be able to get it done today."

"To say I’m appalled by the sheer negligence would be a gross understatement. I’ve seen Dr. Jaffe 2-3 times over the last few months. She’s failed to address or otherwise treat any symptoms I’ve brought to her attention and she’s rushed through every visit I’ve ever had with her. Of all my experiences as far as healthcare is concerned, being seen by her was by far the worst. She should not be practicing."

"The doctor was great even she was 45 min late .. but the big problem that she made me a prescription and the pharmacy didn’t find it . I call the office twice they said that they called me back … but they don’t . Now it is the week end and I was not able to have my medication until Monday … I am very angry ."
