"The staff at this office are professional, kind, and, while being safe and careful with your time and information, are easy to communicate with. Dr. Liu is caring open minded. She chats with you in a friendly way, making you feel comfortable and understood both medically and as a person. It’s hard to find good care in a city where there are so many medical professionals, but trust this random person on the internet, Dr. Liu is worth your time because she’ll try not to waste yours."

"Having read the reviews, I was a little skeptical at first, but to my surprise, the front desk, nurses and doctors are all really nice, especially the super sweet nurse (Leia?) who did an ultrasound for me (she had great technique and was very encouraging) and Dr. Jennifer who was very clear, upfront and direct with the information she has. She took things really seriously and invited me to ask any questions I had at the end, giving me extra time. I was able to bring 1-2 family members as well into each room with me. I felt very supported, sadly I now have to find an OBGYN for the remaining journey since they only provide first trimester checkup."

"Absolutely horrible. The front desk does not respond. Their portal and appointment slots do not reflect their actual times. Scheduled an appoint for 4:45 online and was 15 min late due to traffic. Tried calling on my way there and no response. When I got there, I was told they close at 5pm. When I asked how they expected to see me in 15 min, they shrugged. I’ve been here three times over two years thinking maybe it was just a bad day. I saw the doctor for maybe 5 min each time. It’s the same doctor (Dr. Jaffe) and honestly, I have no faith that she cares about any issue I bring up. She’s very dismissive of any issue I raise, and she doesn’t seem to have the time to see me. Honestly, my cat gets more face time with her vet than I do here."

"I will no longer be going here due, to the organization of the practice itself and the customer service. Let me start out with something positive and say I absolutely loved my doctor and was very comfortable with her, so it’s a shame I can no longer go here. I suffer from chronic yeast infections and it is really hard to get in contact with anyone for help. Over the course of 6 months, I called 4 separate times asking for a flucazonal prescription to be filled. First, it takes 5 minutes to get in touch with someone. Second, they always take your name and say someone will call you back, but no one ever does. It’s super frustrating when you’re in a lot of pain and discomfort. I work long hours so it’s not always easy for me to make an appointment and go in to the practice. Also, very frustrating when my friends are able to call their doctors and get help and prescriptions filled in a matter of minutes. So, unfortunately due to this I can no longer go here and will have to find somewhere else with better customer care."

"Amazing experience! I’ve been coming here for about 7years and the care provided to me has always been exceptional. I love their new location as it’s super convenient to get to by train. Really dope ambiance as well. Lesette is always super kind and makes filling out the forms easy. NP Jennifer Brennan has been the best gyno I’ve ever had in my life. The visit is always informative and straight forward. Thanks for being amazing and never change :)"
