She is so funny, warm and patient. She reminded me that there are some nurses that do love their job. And I can’t forget about Dr. Taylor. She listened to me and understood me and has the best bedside manners. They do have the most amazing team!"

"Thank you all so much, Dr. U Talor-Randall, Patricia, Jessica, Hayley, and the lady who did my sonogram (sorry I forgot her name). It is quite sad that this place does not have 5 stars. The staff over the phone and in person was top tier. I read the reviews prior to calling to even make an appt. and I followed through anyway. I am a see it for yourself person (you should be too). I was initially referred here by a close friend of mine who has been a PT since she was 17 y.o and is now 35 y.o. No, the staff was not aware that I was referred by anyone. From the very first phone call I made to schedule my appointment I felt safe and welcomed. I arrived and was greeted with smiles, courtesy, and above and beyond assistance. As I sat in the waiting room, all the patients were treated with none the less, great service. Dr. Taylor-Randall is very kind, warm and knowledgeable. You have questions, she is the one to ask and will provide/advise. She truly cares about the whole you. I had a previous doctor (not from this location) and I literally felt like a check every time I went there, very cold and rushed. This place is different thanks to the staff. To add on to it all, I originally only came for my annual first time visit but once I saw the other services provided, I requested a blood test, and sonogram, and due to their accommodating schedule that day, I was able to get it all done during that visit, all in house. Yes, there might be a wait but let's be realistic, honest, fair and have patience. So now I am just waiting for a call back/revisit for my results.
