"This doctor is experienced and saved my life in an emergency room visit. Ambulance sent me there. I didn't know about him before that. When I went back to that hospital for follow-ups, other inexperienced doctors circled me to study the incisions that he made. I think that's why his office is always overflowing with women, hence the long wait etc. He probably can do things that some other doctors cannot. It doesn't show if you have a simple straight-forward pregnancy, but if something went wrong, that can make a life/death difference. My previous doctor didn't catch my condition. I was high risk (literally could have died), so every time I went, I received special attention from everyone there. I was able to give birth to a beautiful girl under his care. No complaint."

"This doctor is very nice and caring but his staff is horrible. Missed scheduling my appointment, when I arrived sat for 2 hours before someone asked me why I was there with no appointment. They couldn't explain why I didn't have an appointment. Asked for a copy of my test results, would not give them to me unless I made another appointment. Now calls to schedule a new appointment with me, won't listen to what said, put me on hold, called back, said I wanted an office manager, here other nurse in the background, laughing and telling the secretary to tell me that the office manager is not in and hang up on me."

"Due to Health Insurance plan, I will not be able to see Dr. Julio. Such a great doctor gonna miss his service. Thank you Dr. and Batya for all your service. Mom will still be seeing you and of course myself will be visiting you. I totally recommend him. People need to understand when going to a Dr. office you have to have patience. Good Dr. take there time to care for you!"

"Dr. Julio Rimarachin is caring and knowledgable. I really like him a lot. the office is well located and well appointed. With that said, The office always seem to be in a state of upheaval and after care is atrocious. Personally i have had to call the office over periods of weeks and place infinite number of calls to receive care. I'm always pushed off . Seeing a full office is not akin to quality. I'm so sick of begging for after care. Definitely not worth the stress and time it entails to get some kind of result. do your research , there are many facilities in the Forest Hills area with very flexible schedules and great doctors. Like i said, I genuinely like this doctor but the practice is embarrassingly inefficient"
