"My daughter has her pediatrician in this office, and I really recommend Dr Chen, who is a great doctor, always pending and caring for her patients. Getting appointments is very easy and the best for parents who work during the week, she has Saturday appointment. My daughter and myself, we are very pleased and confident to have this clinic in our neighborhood."

"This office was absolutely the most incompetent and disrespectful medical facility I've ever been treated at . They wait time was outrageous , the nurses were uninformed to a degree were they almost created a situation due to their ignorance where my insurance wasn't going to cover the cost of the check up becouse when I asked a nurse if the blood pressure test was nessesary ( I had wanted to skip that praocedure since I've already been waiting to see the doctor for aprox 2 hours at this point ) the nurse told me that it wasn't and only later after the whole check up was complete the doctor informed me that if I didn't get the blood pressure test the insurance would not cover my visit ??? the doctor her self Martha Lewis whom I went to see was border line negligent and incompetent , she had disregarded an issue that I had brought up on my first visit as " it's nothing " only to awcknoiledge that it was indeed something two years later , at that point she neglected to tell me upfront that the facility isn't equipped to preform a procedure that I had requested , and instead tried to push a medication on my that I didn't not feel comfortable with even though I insisted three times on the procedure . After this initial visit the office had never contacted me about my blood work results , when I called one month later to make sure that everything is fine (three days before having to leave the country ) the office manager insisted that I come in to receive the results in person, when I objected since there wasn't any time and asked to speak to the doctor on the phone they manager catigoracly refused to let me speak with my physician and repeated that the doctor needs to speak with me in person regarding the results , since the blood work was a series of STD tests I spent 3 days before my trip in panick that something may be wrong , called several times explaining the situation and insisting that since I am leaving the county and the office failed to notify me in advance that they should make an exception in policy and they continued to insist that I speak in person with that incompetent doctor . Eventually out of concern for my health I had paid another physician near my home to simply request and tell me my test results - All of which were negative ! So there was absolutely no reason for me to speak to Martha Lewis in person , after calling he office back for an explanation of why did the doctor need to see me of all my test results were fine ? I had received no more respectful explanation than the previous conversation where the office manager just repeated beurocratic procedure to me over and over again while showing little concern for my health or emotional state caused by their negligence. The day after the initial problematic conversations the office manager insisted that they have call logs of trying to reach me and notify me of needing to come in to find out the results , while normalu the official policy of the office is to simply send out a letter stating that the results are fine if they are indeeed fine .. and mine were so I still DO NOT understand what Martha Lewis needed to discuss with me and why the office manager refused to tell me as well. I had brought up the fact that if there is something the other doctor overlooked they should feel an obligation to let me know , and if there isn't they sertainly owe me an explanation of why for 30 days the office failed to notify me in any way of my results being fine. In any case there was no proof of any of these call logs other than the word of the office manager who seemed more interested on covering for the negligence of her office than my health and wealfare . Please avoid this place like a plague ! It's more of a meat processing plant crossed with a post office . Basically not for human beings !!!!"
