"visit this doctor 2 years ago for another intake on how to treat my pcos since ive seen 3 different doctor all wanted to push birth control and metformin in witch didn’t work for me. when i first got there they tried to charge me the complete price for the visit that was fully covered under my insurance after arguing with them for 30 min and being on the phone with my insurance company i finally was seen and she didn’t really give me much on what i should do in regards to my pcos treatments two years later and 10 obgyn later im finally seeing a specialist and requested a copy of my medical records from all the doctor i have visit in the past weather they did anything to treat me or not i have receive a copy from them with no problem this lady refused to send me a copy even after faxing a hippa medical release form to her violating my rights… will be contacting a lawyer she is unprofessional and shouldn’t be a doctor"
