I had a laparoscopic abdominal operation, under total anaesthesia, and walked out of Downtown Hospital that same day, feeling pretty good. The next day I expected pain, or at least soreness, but FELT NO PAIN AT ALL. Also, I had no swelling or discomfort. I didn't even pick up my prescription pain killers, as I did not need them.
