"I have had an active claim with them since May 2019. One part of the settlement was completed but the rest keeps getting pushed out. I’ve reach out to 4 different individuals already and keep getting tossed around. My latest adjuster has been aggressive every time I’ve talked to him and doesn’t want to hear about the 90% of the claim remaining, instead he asking me to send him the receipt for the 10% of the payment. After getting frustrated chasing him down for 2 months to get the money I am owed I dropped an email to the VP of liabilities Sal Lepore and am still waiting on a response to how this adjustment for my remaining settlement will be made. All I can be grateful for is that I planned ahead and saved or this injury settlement, GNYs lack of trust, follow up or execution could have screwed me up financially.
