"It’s wonderful exercise and good for your body mind and soul taught by the best I did that in NYC in 2003 master Greg was the best! Happy Tai Chai!"
"This form of Tai Chi will help your health and the members are wonderful people"
"Great instructors and a very friendly, open environment. Tai chi is a wonderful, lifelong exercise."
"The Taoist Tai Chi group is welcoming, and a great place to practice or learn Taoist Tai Chi. Check out the website to get the latest schedule. I started the beginning class late August and I'm finding tai chi a great way to work on meditation for those of us who have trouble focusing!"
"I’ve been practicing Tai Chi for about 2 and a half years at Taoist Tai Chi in Buffalo. When I first started, I was looking for an exercise that I could do that would be possible with my arthritis. Little did I know that my balance would improve, my back pain would become almost non-existent, my flexibility would increase, and the arthritis in my hands would improve so much that I could write again, rather than typing everything. And I would meet a large group of easy-going, welcoming people who have frequent get-togethers and are nice to be around. The volunteer and well-trained instructors who lead each session are ever vigilant that we don’t hurt ourselves and that we are using the correct forms for maximal benefit. You will be practicing an exercise and, if you need it, the instructor will appear beside you, offering a quiet and gentle correction. I’m a senior and the yearly fee is quite affordable. I think practicing Tai Chi actually saves me money – I haven’t paid a physical therapy co-pay for my back since I joined Taoist Tai Chi."
