"Funny thing! I always recommend my out of town customers to check out riverworks, and this was my actual 1st time! I love the atmosphere, all the industrial looking art. It's absolutely wonderful that the history of the industrial era of our city is not destroyed but preserved and repurposed in places like Buffalo riverworks. We started out with chicken tot- chos. It was so good! It might look like a garbage plate, but the smoke beer queso brings all the flavors together. It's a big plate, too! I had a fish reuben, good, but i prefer the original sandwich and lindenberry sour. My daughter had a bacon jam burger - one of the tastiest burgers i have ever had. My niece had fish fry - she loved it. My son had his usual-chicken fingers."
"Such a cool place to play hockey and hang out! We also went to the holiday fair, which was amazing! Great facilities."
"I came to riverworks just this Friday Sept 9th to zipline with a friend visiting from NYC and it was amazing overall. I want to give great credit to the two guides that accompanied us. A super special shoutout to Mack and Gabe. They were great. Fun, accommodating, professional, and most importantly, safe! I was made to feel comfortable even with my nerves kinda going a little crazy. I think really their confidence in the situation definitely helped. We did get a couple pics and videos although they told us our phones could def drop but that was at our own risk. The restaurant was not a very busy (I think due to the fact that a big festival was going on the very next day there) which actually an advantage. Very easy to get a table and sit by the water. We did enjoy pretty good food(I had smoked mac she ordered chicken wings) with great service(our server was extra prompt and professional) and from all the staff at riverworks! Food prices are steep at "The Ward" restaurant but I did not mind splurging after the zipping experience since ziplining was a very surprisingly good price in my opinion!!!!"
"The process was perfect entering the venue from parking( $10 per vehicle) to ticketing. Both food and beverages came out quickly and were semi reasonably priced when compared to other venues. They have an outdoor patio where one could get air or smoke during the concert. The bathrooms were clean from the beginning to the end. They had limited seating at tables available. There also were several pin ball machines and other prize machines. Overall a very cool place. We will definitely go back and check out the outdoor activities that they have."
"We enjoyed an overnight stay at Buffalo RiverWorks as part of the Harvest Host program. The facility is massive with lots of family activities and a nice patio on the river for dinner. The staff was courteous and the food and beer were good. We had a nice time exploring the grounds."
