"Please do not send your child here. If you are looking for a lovable, respectful, safe spot for your child attend look else where. I am disgusted by this money hungry establishment. It should’ve stuck out to me that all they cared about was money when they told me about a non refundable $100 application fee. They dont care about your child once they get your money you wont hear from them unless they are kicking your child out. There is no communication through the director of the sites and the owners of the company. I can go on for days about the lies and deceit I received from them prior to getting my application fee and after they were paid. Two totally different things … moral of the story save yourself some money and stress and dont send your child here!"

"Please don't ever work here they have narcissism written all over them they ask for a phone screen first so they can silently belittle you and not send an interview if they don't like the phone screen they weren't even patient with me which wasn't kind of them at all love means patience and kindness so they're heartless people not giving those kid's true authentic love there's only love within the heart of God we're nothing without God a prophet was about to step in but they had no patience or kindness please don't ever work at a place like this!"

"As an employee, but also a parent whose children attend LE3, I can say LE3 is one of the best organizations in childcare! The communication between staff and parents is top notch. The CEO gives her direct number to parents, so you're able to talk to her at all times. My kids love going to 'school' here, they have made tons of friends and have action-packed days! Also, in my experience, all of the buildings are highly secure. Every door has special locks that only give access to parents. Safety and security are definitely a top priority for LE3."

"LE3 in Williamsville was a huge disappointment for my 5 year old. The summer camp was a complete bore. There is 1.5 hours of quiet time, lights off doing quiet activities. Week one theme was yellow submarine and on Friday I asked him what a yellow submarine was and he had no clue. They are very unorganized. The doors were unlocked 2/7 times I picked my kid up. The one day the side door was propped open with no councilor to be seen. When I brought this to the CEOs attention she said its been an ongoing battle since 2015 to have the church staff lock the doors and she can't possible have staff sit at the door. My kid went to the playground 3 times each day and apparently did crafts, which I rarely saw. His two best friends went there too and he cried to go. We all pulled our kids out since they were all miserable and having the building door propped opened and unlocked while advertising on the sign that can be read from the street that there are kids in the building clearly is unsafe."

"I love working as an After School Activity Aide with LE3 Inc.! My supervisors are terrific, always coming up with exciting crafts and well-organized activities for us to do with the children! It’s a very enjoyable job, particularly rewarding working with children!"
