"Here’s the deal: I love this healthcare facility. 100% of the time, the staff have been kind and knowledgeable and professional, from the desk staff to the nurse techs/assistants. They don’t seem rushed and don’t treat you like you’re in a drive through line and need to be pushed in and out as quickly as possible. I’ve seen several doctors here and they’ve all taken the time to understand why I’m there, listening and asking follow-up questions. I’ve never felt dismissed or minimized. The facility is full-service, so you don’t have to go somewhere else for bloodwork or medicine, which is great. All that said, they are absolutely impossible to get ahold of by phone, so be prepared for that. I don’t know why it’s such a problem or why I need to go in to make an appointment in 2024, but the inability to contact them can be a huge issue in the quality of care for many people. Hoping they fix this issue soon, because it’s otherwise a great place filled with great, caring people."

"Tried calling and their is no clear way to reach the appropriate people. I dialed zero and asked for assistance, I was connected supposedly to the advocate number. The voicemail came on with no personal name or recording. My Mom is 70 years old and every home health care person she's been assigned has been negligent, lazy, under the influence and simple put... Not done their job. Every girl that goes to my mom's as an aide takes naps for the majority of the shift, eats my mom's food, arrives drunk and hung over. This specific girl, Brianna came after being beaten up by her boyfriend and bothering my mom with that. She didn't do her job, instead she'd be hungover from a girls night out and sleep every time she was there the few times she was there. She also came sick and didn't wear a mask. Her last time at my mother's house she asked my mom for money to borrow which my mom lent her and then she quit and has text my 70 year old mom all day threatening her. None of this is the job description of a home health care worker. I am livid and sickened that this is what girls employed in this field think is the norm, again this has been every worker my mom has had, all similar behavior but this girl...this is the last straw. I'm going to go above and report the agency because it shouldn't be a regular thing having girls nap on the job, arrive beaten up and hung over taking advantage of the elderly asking for money and then threatening them. I am disgusted. I have photos of the employee passed out on my mom's couch available for the employee and employer and people above to see available. I called my mom's case manager or supervisor and text a photo of the aide passed out with no call back. If I don't hear back I'm going to report this agency to The Justice Center."

"Honestly, they are horrible. I have been calling for weeks on end because I been out of a medication that I need and they never answer the phone and I can’t get a refill without a visit. Also when you go they won’t even listen to your concerns and will rush the appointment. The only doctor worth seeing there is Dr. Ahmad."

"They honestly deserve 0 stars, this is the absolute worst medical office around. They NEVER answer the phone-They just send you straight to voicemail. If you are able to get someone they put you on “hold” for 30-45 minutes and then mysteriously the calls always end. It doesn’t matter what day of the week it is the receptionist at the front check in desk is always snarky and in a bad mood. If you’re an adult with an appointment you have to take the entire day off of work because there are never any doctors, nurses or receptionist available on the second floor. (Camilla is the only here who is respectful) For a regular check up & testing it’s going to run you a good 4-6 hours in this office. I could go on about how awful this place is. Unfortunately the pediatrician & OB Where we live at in Alden isn’t accepting any new patients at the moment which is why we’re stuck here. It’s best you run for the hills be your own doctor or get things done at the ED before becoming a patient here."
