"They should to change the nurse that who draw the blood for the kids! I feel bad for them. Because my self experienced twice bad experiences. My 2 YO toddler was crying SO BAD because HE couldn’t found the vein , he kept trying until at leat 10mins! Then he said will try again later?? Again??? After that PA came and she told me not to do it if later still can’t . He try again later on and still can’t! Luckily there’s a student who’s learning there that remind me that PA said don’t do it anymore if still can’t ,then the nurse stopped, end up i have to come back next week because only 1 nurse who can draw the blood . Dr Cheuk the one who did it in less then 2 mins! Not only my 2YO toddler, my 7YO also experienced same thing , He did the same thing , could’t found the vein, and he’s so RUDE , my 7 YO never cry , but this time she crying and she got super big brushes! If this happened to my kids , it’s must be happen also to other kids"
"Dr Lau is an extremely unprofessional doctor I've ever seen. My baby doesn't feel well, we went to see him twice within 4 days without any solutions and even worse. As a mother, I'm the FIRST one to say I need to take my baby to the ER during the last visit in his clinic. He clearly doesn't know what to do and inexperienced . My baby end up was in NICU for a long time. Fortunately, she is doing great now and glad that we have a very experienced pediatric. Please think TWICE .......Totally not recommend !!!"
"Made an appointment at 9:30AM and waited for more than 1 and half hour until around 11:10am or so. The front desk told us that they are not going by the appointment time instead of who comes first (the ppl who made appointments at 9:45am went ahead of us, and the problem is that we are not late to our appointments instead we are early waiting already). So here’s the question, what’s the appointment for? And do we all have that time to wait the whole day in line one by one? If that’s how they work then everyone would come at 6am in the morning to line up instead of waiting for their appointment times. Note that I’ve been in this clinic for many years and this is not the first time but I would like to wait a few 10-30mins if it’s really that busy but from today I’m very unsatisfied from the way they organize the appointments and especially the front desk attitude. Overall, this the worst experience."
"Brought my daughter to see Dr. Lau today @ 4:30pm for her back pain. our appointment was rescheduled from next Monday morning to today because I told the clerk my daughter has class in the morning. However we were told the doctor has left & our appointment was for next Monday. However we were seen by his assistant in training. Not sure what she’s trying to be, I know she shouldn’t be in the medical field. She was so nice & friendly in front of the doctor when we were there last time, but today she was so rude & unprofessional with us, actually snotty is the right word. She was annoyed that we were there & did not seem to believe the clerk made a mistake. She talked to us in a very condescending manner, doubting my daughter’s pain, and discounted what I was telling her about my daughter’s problems. Dr. Lau, if you are reading this & wondering why some of your patients don’t go back to you, you need to assess your assistant. She was either just putting on a fake face when you are there or she has bipolar disorder."
"A doctor that doesn't listen to what the patient says should not even be classified as a real doctor. My son's grandmother took him to see this doctor a couple of days ago and explain to him that his mom has the flu and is on Tamiflu. He refuses to believe and said how all the family doctor is horrible and the open Tamiflu for the sake of opening it. He did a rapid flu test which was only 70% accurate and said my son didn't have the flu and open an antibiotic, fever medication, and an allergy medication. Upon reading an article from fox news about a 15 year old girl that died after testing negative from fox news we decided to go to another doctor for a second opinion and he was diagnosed with the flu. Any doctors that don't listen to their patient shouldn't be a doctor in the first place."
