Cohen Children's Northwell Health General Pediatrics at Kew Garden Hills 69-40 Main Street, Queens, NY 11367

"I've been bringing my child here for about a year & a half. The doctors are fine. At my last visit of 8/10/22, I encountered the most aggressive, obnoxious medical assistant. I don't know her name, but my appointment was at 11 am with Dr. Levine, & it can be checked out who she was.She weighed my boy, then said he has to fill out papers about personal issues he may or may not have, & I can NOT see it. I absolutely refused! I needed his school form filled out, & I told her he has a 12:00 appointment after here. She didn't even want to give it to me, stating I should have said this before his exam. I told her I did! I really had to control myself because I didn't want to make a scene. I do NOT ever want her in the exami ing room when I bring my child here again. I was here again 2/7/23. the doctor, & most of the staff was great, BUT again an aggressive nasty assistant was there. I don't know her name, she was slim, tall, & had shoulder length hair. She gave me about 4 cups for my child to leave a sample. She had a nasty authorative tone, was disrespectful when talking to me. I controlled myself from going off on her. This place should really do another house cleaning. Where is manager Natalie? I'm sure she doesn't know about this obnoxious employee! I don't understand how a manager named Natalie can still keep this incompetent & nasty receptionist Bianca there. Is it because she came in with Dr. Goldstein? She wouldn't make an appointment for me, she told me Natalie wasn't there when she was. She would have been fired at any other place. These are sick children here & this garbage Bianca is still there. Once she even hung up on me & wouldn't answer the phone when I called back. She is disgusting, nasty & incompetent & Natalie is still allowing her to work there. This place needs a complete overhaul. I would have left, but why should I for some idiot at the front desk. Natalie, if you're a manager----get rid of Bianca!"

"The doctors are fine, but the wait time is insane. Sick child will wait hour even more sometimes to be seen. Even when you book a routine checkup ( not last minute sick visit) i have never been seen on time. Not ever even seen within 30 mins of my appointment. The wait times are ridiculous."

"I love this pediatric office! Best doctors, best staff and very helpful front desk staff. I’ve been coming here with my kids for over 8 years now. Let me begin by saying the front desk staff is very accommodating with appointments and always willing to help! All the physicians are caring, patient and take with their patients. Love Dr Jacobs and Hass the most sweetest caring doctors. I highly recommend this office!"

"The doctors here are very nice and accommodating but the front desk people are not friendly, specially the girl name Bianca. She I always very u helpful and argumentative. I only come to this place for the wonderful doctors. I can tell that many people may have stopped coming here because of this girl. I have never seen anyone in a pediatric place this unhelpful."

"My daughter is a patient here and I love this office. The pediatrician Dr Shari Jacobs is amazing. She takes her time with my daughter and answers all my questions which is important as a FTM. She is the only doctor my daughter sees and I plan to keep it that way. The front desk staff is awesome also Claudia, Giselle and Nadia are so sweet. I love coming here because my daughter always gets great care. The only bad thing about this office is you have to walk down a few steps to enter the office is which difficult with a baby. So you have to leave the strollers by the entryway. Other than that, this office is amazing and street parking is decent in this area!"
