"0 stars! Very rude and not professional! I would never recommend this even if it’s for free! Lady does not know how to communicate with costumers. Instead of greeting me she stated: facial will be here and I don’t think you’re going to like it so go get your money back from Groupon” and started yelling for no reason showing me the door! I spoke with her 2 days before the appointment and never mentioned to me the above! I am not sure how they treat customers like this and how they run the business!"

"I went in for a facial because my friend recommended it to me and I was surprised at how smooth my skin looked afterwards. The studio is cute, cozy and well organized, so that was a plus. Shirley was really nice and helpful in giving me some makeup tips and I already booked my next appointment, so I’m looking forward to it. Would def recommend to my colleagues at work."

"Complete scam. Don’t waste your time or money coming here. A “facial” consisted of sitting in the middle of a small, disorganized, dusty storefront on an uncomfortable high chair while people walked in and out. The lady was more than 15 minutes late and then rude to me, trying to make me cancel my appointment after I spent time and money driving there. Made me sit in front of the steamer while she was on her phone and doing other stuff for 15 minutes then half heartedly slapped some masks on my face (squeezing last of them from dirty tubes) and then roughly scraping them off my face. Products were covered in dust, some uncapped, and she’d drop stuff and then just pick it up off the ground and not wash them or her hands before continuing with the “facial.” Refused to do any extractions despite it being a “deep-cleansing” facial. I honestly was appalled. I’ve gotten better service at Sephora."
