"We’ve been going to Dr. Beney’s for over a decade now (after being referred by a coworker) and even though we moved out of town, we still travel here. I am a big fan of Chad and the Chris’s (Beney and Chris P.). My kids and wife usually see their favorite female practitioner. New office is nice, kids like it. Now, since the office has grown considerably, yes…there has been a few bad moments. They won’t tolerate you wasting their time if you don’t follow up or you horse around with their appointments. It’s kinda cutthroat, but it also makes sense. They clearly have a ton of patients and if you’re one that doesn’t take your own health seriously, or their practice and appointments seriously, they don’t seem to want to bother. Go to your appointments, follow up they’ll treat you right. I was one of those patients they sent a letter that they were dropping me. We worked it out. I don’t take it for granted and give them the same respect. No issues."

"We love Lindsey!! She is amazing and has taken such great care of my newborn. She treats your children's needs as if they were her own. She is kind and listens, we never feel rushed! We have also seen Dr. Beney he is thorough yet patient. I highly recommend this office."

"Happend on multiple occasions where they would send me a cancelation notice for appointment with me and or my kids and then tell me I missed and appointment. Also on other occasions I would show up at the time the text notification shows only for them to tell me I missed the appointment and that it was 1 or 2 hours sooner then what my text notification said. Now they threaten to drop me or my kids. If they do then good ridence. This place was so good in the past its sad to see this happen to what use to be such a great practice."

"I have no problem with the Doctors themselves except Chris in the Wilson office. He’s very quick and not very friendly or patient. Chad is amazing and from what I’ve heard so is Dr. Beney himself. The true problem is the management/ office. They are rude, and very unprofessional. They can’t seem to keep information straight. They ask stupid questions like “ I see you went to a specialist, why?” When they referred you to the specialist. They lie and claim you miss appointments when they cancel appointments. And if you go for mental health they will ignore all inquiries about mental health issues. It’s impossible to speak with the doctor himself when you have a question. Some lady named Amy , hands down the rudest , most unkindly individual you will ever speak to. It’s unfortunate that their staff is so poor and their doctors are wonderful. But clearly looking at other reviews it’s a common problem. Do yourself a favor and go else where. I will be filing an official complaint with NYS."
