"I cannot review the doctors because I unfortunately did not get to meet with them due to the front desk staff. At 22 weeks pregnant, we were told by my doctor our son might have a heart defect and told to call this office. I called around 9 AM on a Friday morning, listened to the message about faxing paperwork, and called my doctor's office to have them do this. I waited a few hours to make sure they got my paperwork, and called back. A woman named Jodie told me "We don't have time to sit around making charts all day, call on Monday maybe we can get you scheduled" and she hung up. I was astonished. After less than 24 hours of hearing the horrible news that my baby might need heart surgery upon birth, and this is how they treat their patients? I did call Monday to leave a voicemail to try to get scheduled, they never called me back. I have never been treated like that by an office, and it has been over two weeks now since I left my voicemail to scheduled. Their front desk staff is rude and clearly disorganized or incompetent as they don't follow up with patients. I will now be driving out to Rochester for my scans because I'd rather drive the distance than deal with this office again."

"Dr. Orie and Maura were amazing! Very thorough and answered all of our questions. We were there for a prenatal echo following the anatomy scan where a serious heart defect was suspected by my OB. Maura made me feel very comfortable while she was looking around and getting the best images. I was a nervous wreck going into this appointment, thinking of all the worst case scenarios, and now I am so relieved. Very glad we were referred here by my doctor for a second look. Now I can get back to being excited about my pregnancy :)"
