Ann Altoonian, Psy.D. Licensed Psychologist is a health institution located at 7174 State Fair Boulevard in Syracuse, New York, United States. Dr. Altoonian also has offices in the Rochester area (Pittsford) and Phelps, NY. As of August 8, 2022, the main office will be located in Basin Park at 1160 Pittsford Victor Road. The East Irondequoit office will be moving to Pittsford, NY. The Cicero (Syracuse) area office will be closing as of September 1, 2022, but current and previous patients are welcome to continue sessions via telehealth. A new physical office location will be available in Phelps, NY, with the same phone number as the former Syracuse location. Dr. Altoonian continues to provide services via telehealth during the COVID-19 pandemic. Most public and private insurance plans are accepted, and special pricing is available for cash-paying patients. Please note that new patients are not being accepted at this time.
