His staff were all helpful and took adequate time to get correct information in chart, including drug allergies and updated eye glass prescription information. I will be returning for future care at this location (Maple Rd - Williamsville)."

"The actual eye appointment with Dr. Montesanti was excellent. He is personable, thorough and knowledgeable. In addition, every staff person involved with my appointment were pleasant and efficient. My only issue was that the wait in the office before the appointment was very long."

"The first optical store was opened in 1799 - This place has to have the absolute worst run optical shop in the 224 year history of the industry. I called and tried to order trials, the person answered and said they'd call when they arrived. In the 2 weeks that followed I called and only got the voicemail - no one returned my call. Eventually I just had to drop in and confront the women who runs it. She says "Oh yeah they're discontinuing that so they aren't coming". Come back I have other ones you can try. So she does the little exam charges me $50. I ask for the prescription and she goes write your email down and I'll send it to you and hands me a scrap of paper. (she had to go because someone was there that had an appointment). In hindsight I'm the dummy for believing this lady was actually going to follow through. So here we go again, no one answers the phone, 3 days go by and I have to show up again. This time she's no where to be found and I have to confront the assistant. She starts babbling about how they're busy. So I told her I wasn't leaving until she printed out my prescription I paid for which she did. Now 2 weeks go by and I forget all about this, until yesterday. I get a call for the optical shop telling me that the trials still weren't in. You can't make this up. Please get rid of these people. They are destroying the value of your company. I won't be going back to see the doctor (who I like). If I'm forced to deal with this circus to get my contacts prescription."

"Dr. Jon Dusse is one of the BEST Dr's I've ever seen!!! I shout his name from the rooftops to anyone who has a serious eye problem or anyone just looking for a good Opthalmolgist! He caught the Squamous Cell Carcinoma in my Eye fast & made arrangements for it to be taken care of fast...it saved my vision & didn't spread to my brain! I would recommend him to anyone! And his entire staff is wonderful too!"
