"DON'T EVEN BOTHER! I SWEAR I WISH I COULD DO ZERO! CALLED EARLY IN THE WEEK TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT. THE RECEPTIONIST GAVE ME AN APPOINTMENT FOR NEXT THURSDAY 12:30PM. I SPECIFICALLY ASKED THIS THURSDAY WHICH WOULD HAVE BEEN THE 17TH, SHE SAID "NO THE 24TH". I LIVE AN HOUR AND A HALF AWAY , I GET TO THE APPOINTMENT BY 12PM TO DO PAPERWORK AND WAS ASKED WHAT TIME IS YOUR APPOINTMENT? I SAID 12:30. I WAS THEN TOLD WE HAVE NO DOCTORS HERE TODAY AND YOUR APPOINTMENT WAS ACTUALLY LAST THURSDAY. NO CALLS WERE MADE, NO TEXTS SENT,NO EMAIL SENT,NO CONFIRMATION, NOTHING! I TOTALLY WASTED MY TIME COMING HERE AND ALL THE RECEPTIONIST COULD SAY WAS SORRY! HONESTLY SHE COULD CARE LESS. IT WAS NOT HER TIME BEING WASTED! THESE DOCTORS OFFICES ARE FUNNY. THEIR TIME SEEMS SO MUCH MORE IMPORTANT THAN YOURS. GOD FORBID YOUR ARE 10-15 MINUTES LATE YOU HAVE TO RESCHEDULE! NOW I HAVE TO START OVER AND FIND A NEW DOCTOR."

"Staff was very friendly and understanding, only aired about about 20 minutes after the time For which my appointment was made. The doctor, Dr. Jean , was very sweet and understanding and made me feel better about the little situation I have going on. Great bedside manner clean facility easy to get to not sure about all the other reviews posted here, but my experience was nothing like theirs, my condolences to them"

"Doctor would not renew a topical ointment without an appointment even though i explaned I'll be out of town till spring But must praise who is a professional, reliable, competent employee there. Follows through, calls back, complete asset t that establishment"
