"THE WORST! The clinic is always making you wait for hours no matter what time your appointment is. The doctors are unorganized, lazy with flippant attitudes. They will constantly reschedule you cause they are overbooked or give you an referral to places that are closed.. They don't answer messages on the portal.. Trainees are training each other. This clinic is runned by medicaid and it shows.."
"Terrible customer service representative center. To change one pharmacy to another I already have spent 1 hour and it will take more time I think. Representatives on the phone have big problems with understanding what you are telling. They have problems with English. Yes, of course, everybody emigrants and have different accents but it is too much! To provide first one my personal data like name, last name, date of birth I need to repeat everything for 5 times really and she still is not able to find me in the database, then she just has dropped the line. Second representative just has dropped the line. Third one "went to check something" and has dropped the line again. Gonna call it the 4th time now. What's going on with your call center guys? And it's always like this! All calls to you like nightmare and time waste! Please do something! Thanks. Update: 4th one finally got my data and "went to check something" again, put me on hold and I am listening music already 15 mins. Update: Has dropped the line."
