"The staff members are so rude it’s like they don’t want to do their job. Always have attitude and the doctor only asks if I have pain and that’s it. Been having back pains for the longest without a solution. Find a better place guys !!"
"Staff is nice but the wait is long and they don't see patients in order. We've waiting over 1.5 hrs and still haven't been seen. And then the doctor goes over to see another patient that came in after us. It's ridiculous. Find another pain management specialist."
"Amazing front desk staff. Great workers so nice friendly and accommodating. . Wonderful doctors and PAs and technicians . 10\10 would recommend to a friend or family.. I had a workers comp/ disability claim and so glad that this was the office they referred me. Will be going back and using my own insurance (since they take it) for other issues I have been dealing with (my knee back etc) THANK YOU EVERYONE !!!!! MUCH LOVE —CHRISTOPHER SPITALERI"
"I have been there in the past and was treated well by everyone. I went this morning there is a front desk person with black short to medium hair like a bob and black frame glasses. She is very rude. They don’t greet patients when they come to the desk. She stared at me as I signed in. Even when she handed me the clip board with no pen, when I asked for one she rolled her eyes and put it on the desk, as if I was bothering her. She should not be at the front desk of any business, or maybe quit this job she seems very unhappy. Unfortunately I didn’t think to get her name but I will in the future and file a formal complaint."
"I am fed up with this place. Everything is rushed, the staff in front is so lazy, rude and postpones everything. It took a month and, 3 phone calls and my lawyer to get involved and call them in order for them to do their job and fax notes from the doctor. It should not take a MONTH. To fax over notes. Then waited all day for 2 referrals that they never emailed to me. All day... really. Then they claim they are busy I have been going there for a year and they only ever had 2-3 patients even before the pandemic started. I’ve seen clinics that are packed full with just 1-2 staff members in front and they get things done faster and don’t complain about it, I have family that works in the medical field and they can’t even believe how this place functions. Looking for somewhere better. I’m done. Someone with multiple injuries or any injury should not have to deal with this. We deal with enough as it is daily. Physically and mentally."
