"TERRIBLE DOCTORS! They don't listen to the patients needs. It's disgusting. This hospitals mental ward is horrible and so is the outpatient doctors. DONT BOTHER GOING IF YOU'RE SEEKING REAL TREATMENT. Quack Drs giving me antidepressants for severe Anxiety!!!!!!! Dr laughed when I would say how I feel and he's lucky I didn't put his name. Months of a waste of my time. Just because u can be a "Dr" doesn't mean you should!!!! Just horrible in every aspect with this hospital"
"Horrible they have no concern whatsoever about any of there patients. No callbacks, they don’t answer the phone, they make you feel uncomfortable asking the same questions over and over and when you ask them not to keep asking they disregard. They promise to call you back just to pacify you. They have no compassion what so ever!!!!!!"
"Zero stars if possible. Horrible service and doctors. Run from this place!! No call backs, the doctors are quacks. After waiting almost 2 months for an appointment and previous provider ( no longer on my insurance) sent them my records and medication list, I finally get a telehealth appointment, discuss my history my medications. She confirms my pharmacy, says she will send my prescription. Gine,? Not a chance, after a week of no call back, I'm told no medication will be provided as they are concentrating on parients being released. What?? After 2 hours, I'm told that they do at least 2 intake visits before they consider you a patient of record?? It doesn't matter that I was under the care of a physician previously. I was literally crying at the end of the multiple conversations. I feel sorry for suicidal patients, they would the deed with all hoops you have to jump through to get no where."
"I’ve been a patient at their Mental Health Clinic since I was 11 and they have always been respectful and attentive to my needs. All of my assigned therapists throughout the years have supported me in the best way and they were able to adapt effectively into the social distancing situation."
"The counselor that my family member sees plays candy crush on her phone during my family member’s session. Instead of listening and helping my loved one she often complains about her own life instead. The psychiatrist that my family member sees also rushes my loved one out of her office and doesn’t take time to hear about the impact that the medicine that she prescribes is having on my loved one. This place is unprofessional and uncaring towards mental health patients—especially those of color and/or of low socioeconomic status. This place needs to be investigated ASAP!"
