"Dr. Lisa, Maggie and everyone else are awesome, helpful, very smooth experience. A shot out to Anita who used to be here, she was very kind as well. Thanks!"
"It was nice to see front desk person help others who needed help check in to the kiosk. Wait time was bearable, about 1/2 hour. Staff was pleasant, "doctor" time was brief but efficient. Surroundings were clean. I would recommend."
"Although the doctor was excellent, the call takers and the aftercare staff were appalling. My pharmacy was closed and wouldn't reopen until Tuesday, so I was lying in bed with a fever and coughing uncontrollably, but no one had the grace to help me with a prescription issue. It was the worst experience of my life. The urgent care secretaries kept sending me to aftercare every time I managed to get in touch with them. It was all a scam. The phone was unanswered from 11 a.m. till 3:45 p.m. Then, when I did eventually get an unfriendly person who at least gave me a chance to explain my problem, they all spoke to me as though I was asking for the impossibly simple thing. Afterward, I was put through to another unpleasant and incompetent individual. Like these folks, I work in healthcare, and I will lose my job if I treat my patients in the same manner. They ought to hunt for a career they truly enjoy if they don't enjoy what they do. The goal of healthcare is to treat and care for the sick, not to ignore or treat them carelessly."
"I came here on Monday 12/4/23 and I do not believe I got adequate care. I explained to the nurse how awful I was feeling. I lost weight because I could not eat due to how painful my throat was. I also told her that the left side of my neck (on the outside hurts). She then did the covid and strep tests. The doctor came in 10 minutes later and told me I didn’t have covid or strep. She looked in my throat twice and said “oh it looks a little red”. The back of the throat was extremely red and I told her in more detail how much it hurt to swallow. She refused to give me medication except a numbing solution and told me to gargle. I couldn’t gargle it because it was a thick solution. If it was my mouth sure but not meant for the back of the throat. And when I asked again for antibiotics she told me again and again “well what are we treating?”, “we don’t know what she has”. As a doctor, you should have seen how miserable, sad, and sick I was, how firetruck red my throat was, and actually listened to the patient. And make the decision to give me other medication to speed up the process. I don’t believe she was very observant. Three days later I get the “full” results and it came back POSITIVE for strep lol… At least the office staff was nice."
"Recently went and everyone was very polite. Was seen less than 2-3 mins of checking in and was diligently getting asked all sorts of questions and tests to see what I have and give me a proper diagnosis. I would definitely love to come again in the future!"
