"I found this wonderful holistic facial place on Instagram and I had it saved in my to visit box for a few months! I have been twice on a Monday (which is perfect for me as it’s my day off) and fortunately they’ve been able to accommodate me as a walk in/same day appointment. "Upon arriving at the spa, I was immediately impressed by the serene and relaxing atmosphere. The receptionist greeted me warmly and promptly checked me in for my scheduled appointments. I was then led to the treatment room, which was so pristine, promoting tranquility and calm. First up was the aqua peeling, which was an incredibly refreshing experience. The therapist used a specialized device to gently exfoliate and cleanse my skin, leaving it feeling soft and smooth. She then used the same device to add nutrients to my skin. Next, I received facial acupuncture, which was a first for me. I was a bit apprehensive at first, but the therapist put me at ease with her gentle and expert touch. I could feel my muscles relaxing as she inserted the tiny needles into my face. What is high frequency treatment? This is a type of electrical treatment that uses a high-frequency current to stimulate collagen production and kill bacteria on the skin. I had this done on both my face and back, and I have to say, the results were incredible. After the treatment, my skin felt tighter and looked brighter. The treatment itself was also very relaxing, with a gentle buzzing sensation on my skin. I would definitely recommend this treatment to anyone looking to improve the overall look and feel of their skin. Next up was back cupping. This is a traditional Chinese therapy that uses suction cups to create a vacuum on the skin. The idea is that the suction helps to improve circulation and relieve tension in the muscles. I have had traditional Chinese cupping before but this version used the same tool for high frequency treatment. I was skeptical at first but really enjoyed it afterwards. Finally I had infrared treatment and gold face mask. I loved the warmth of the infrared treatment and the gold face mask was so luxurious. It left my skin feeling so soft and smooth. Overall, it was a great experience! Definitely get the aqua treatment and the gold face mask!"
