"USA Vein Clinic of Myrlte Ave, Ridgewood, NY is by far the best experience I have had with and in "clinic" setting. I personally am not a fan of clinics....I always try my best to see a Dr in a Dr's office (a little old school that way) but let me say at USA Vein Clinic of Ridgewood is hands down the best experience I've h ad. Dr R. DiFiore was nice,explained every move he made. Made "small talk" with me to easy my mind from the anxiety I was having just being there. Any and all Instruments he use were new and straight out the packaging he took his time I didn't feel any pain but a minor pinch when first receiving the needle. The office staff making my appts, ansnwering my questions the nurse in preparing me for the procedure. I highly recommend USA Vein of Ridgewood."

"Worst correspondence of any medical establishment I’ve ever experienced. After receiving an urgent referral from my PCP, I was initially scheduled for a virtual consult at this location on 11/25. After the link didn’t work at the set time, I found out by calling (they didn’t even notify me) that this appointment was randomly rescheduled for 12/2. Luckily I was off this day and didn’t move any important dates around, because even after confirming my appointment (before the rescheduled time) early afternoon on 12/2, I again received no link for the consult at the set time. I called shortly after the scheduled time, only to be notified by the receptionist that “the Dr. was in a procedure and a receptionist would be contacting me shortly when he was done.” 3 more hours go by, and still nothing, so after calling back again twice (the first time I was hung up on/disconnected), I was again notified by a receptionist that they were “emailing the Dr. to find out what happened”...so here we are at the end of 12/3. Still no phone call. Not even an email to let me know what happened, or if my appointment was rescheduled yet again. During these trying times, clients shouldn’t have to chase medical “professionals” around for weeks trying to get an appointment or at LEAST some semblance of interaction to show that they at least care for your well-being. I will absolutely NOT be trusting my care to people who so blatantly disregard those who are seeking help. Would give 0 stars if possible."

"Do not attend this clinic. The secretaries are rude and not helpful. The room where i waited was dirty. They gave shorts that were too small. The only good part was the women giving the sonogram was friendly and professional. The rest SUCKED. They told me they would call me in a week with a response from my insurance they never did. When I called to ask they told me they never said that. So I basically wasted the co pay, the appointment and my time to get no information on what I went in there for. DO NOT ATTEND THIS CLINIC."
