"I’ve been coming to this office for quite some time now and each time is a hit or miss. The staff are super nice but the scheduling and timing is horrendous. I have had multiple visits where the wait times are over an hour. Why schedule someone for a specific time and then not see them AT that time? I had an appointment yesterday at 10:30. Granted I was 5 minutes late but that doesn’t warrant a 2 hour appointment- I waited an hour to even get my vitals taken. Then I had to undress and wait another 30 minutes to see the provider. This wasn’t even the worst part- I needed a sonogram done and I never anticipated my appointment to be 2 hours and I had another doctor’s appointment at 1 so they told me to come back the next day and that it would be an “in and out” appointment with no wait time. Fast forward to the next day. I get here at 8:08am and am currently still waiting to get my blood drawn and it’s already 10:05am. Absolutely unbelievable."

"One of the worst clinic I have ever been in my life. The staff is the most incompetent and have no idea on how to deal with insurance or with your own portal. It took them a month to give me blood test results because they kept on forgetting to send documents to the lab and to the insurance to approve and in order to get them I had to spend days on the phone (with so many calls on infinitive hold) with the most unprofessional rude staff. And had to repeat it over and over and over. Spare yourself from this ordeal and do NOT go here. Also the clinic itself is very dirty and rundown."

"There is no sensitivity or continuous care. I made an appointment after experiencing a very recent miscarriage. I was still testing positive, and every time i met with a new staff member, they were congratulating me on my pregnancy. This is not my first baby or miscarriage, but for another patient who may experience a miscarriage for the first time, this could be very traumatizing and insensitive. I was there for 2 hours. Avoid scheduling in the evening. Editing my review: I received a call from Naica and she was very kind and understanding. She apologized for the insensitivity regarding the situation I was placed in. We were able to speak about suggestions for improvement, and I really appreciate the time she took to make sure I was cared for and that it wouldn’t happen to another patient. I’ll change my review from 2 stars to 4 stars. The appointment time was still very long (2hours)"

"UPDATE: I finally spoke with a wonderful lady named Gabrielle. She was very helpful. She listened to my concerns, feedback, dissatisfaction and help correct it. As I stated I do have a long history with this clinic. I’ve been utilizing them 3-4 years now, and it felt really good to finally be heard, and for someone to help me with my problem. I feel much more at ease. I am finally beginning my journey. And my actual Doctor Eleanor called me back as well. It’s these moments that remind me why I’m going to stick with using them. Thank you very much Gabrielle for all your help!"

"Everyone was so friendly. This place is great. I've been a patient here for 4 yrs. I could be bias, but with my experience, Garden IB/GYN is the best. You don't wait long if you come early am. It gets packed at times but there's enough space and the neighborhood is nice as well."
