"AVOID! I'v gone here twice and both times were absolutely terrible and i'll NEVER be returning! The Dr is completely clueless and does not prescribe or offer any help. If you are desperate and this is the only place open still DO NOT go here, you will be wasting your time, you are literally better off going straight to the hospital even for something minor because she will not help you and will send you there anyway even for something minor and i'm serious she is that clueless."

"Cost me a pretty good job due to DOT physical. They claimed I could not pass whisper test and I needed to see a specialist to get clearance. When I got that done and brought the paper showing i was cleared they stated it was not clear and I needed to go back and get another clearance. Did that then went back with a new letter then was told by them that its not being clear on what they want even though it clearly states im cleared and completely capable to operate a cmv. They wanted me to go back and get another letter. By this time and over a month of constant running around my paper work was expiring and I saw the other practitioner who then refused to even listen what I had to say and kept saying im not over riding anything and would not even review the letter. She was extremely rude and gave me a seriously dirty look before I even began to speak. BOTTOM LINE DONT GO HERE ESPECIALLY IF YOU HAVE TIME SENSATIVE PAPER WORK THAT NEEDS TO BE HANDLED. They claim they want to help but its clear thats the last thing they care about!"

"“Minute clinic ” Doctor Joanna Jean , discriminated my husband for not knowing English. We there a invasive , non educational or language exam for his new job. She told me that she know she wouldn’t be able to pass him for his CDL screen b/c he could identify the colors she asked b/c he didn’t say them in English . After speaking to other doctors that passed him w/o a problem and that he understanding for the English language wasn’t need . It was very unprofessional of her."

"Terrible experience. I went to a scheduled appt for an 11:10am appt and was ready to register on their kiosk when this lady just screams from inside the room to say I’m not suppose to be in the waiting area that I’m just going to get a call for when it’s time for me. Ok, she could have called me to let me know all of this because was I suppose to guess that i can’t be in the waiting area? Anyway, i had a few things to buy at cvs so I decided to get some last minute things while I wait. Well I missed her call during the time when I was paying for my things. I call back and of course it doesn’t go straight to her so i decided to go to the back where the clinic waiting area is and I don’t see anyone. So I decide to try to sign in by using the kiosk. A few minutes after; she comes out and tells me “ No, you missed the call. now I just called someone else you will have to wait”. That really upset me because she said she had already called the patient when it was a lie because she was calling when I was there in front of the waiting area. And why is she calling another patient when she knows I’m already there and my appt is before her other patient’s appt? I was buying a few things inside the cvs while I waited to have to wait again just because I had missed her call like 10 minutes prior to her coming out to tell me I have to wait again. I then ask her “ok, well at what time is my appt?”She said “it was at 11:10am, but you are not a COVID patient are you?”I said “no” so she tells me” ok, but now i have someone else before you and their appts are at 11:40 and 11:50am, you can’t wait here, you have to wait in your car” It was 11:20am when she decided to come out of the patient room, but I’m suppose to wait again when my appt was at 11:10am and i had already waited like 30 minutes to be seen. She didn’t have anyone in the room. Does she make any sense? She seemed very rude and I just decided to leave. Nope, I’m not going back. This was my to go spot, but not anymore. They need to hire someone more professional. If that happens I will gladly return."
