"Extremely disappointed with the care I received here. I came in on 10/21/2023 due to a shoulder injury, I was concerned about a possible shoulder separation. The PA I saw did not even do a basic examination on me. Furthermore, she was incompetent, rude, and unprofessional. She did not ask me about my physical symptoms and did not even perform a standard physical examination. After waiting 2 hours, all she did was tell me that my x-ray results looked normal. I then complained that I had a protrusion of my collar bone after weight lifting. Even with this information, she did not even LOOK at my shoulders until I explicitly asked her to. She was dismissive, unprofessional, and unknowledgeable. Subsequently, I will now have to go see a specialist due to her gross incompetence. Also, I never received a bill from their office. I had to call them, only to find out that they sent my bill to the wrong address. Consider the implications if I hadn't called; my bill could have ended up in collections. This incident highlights yet another instance of incompetence on their part."

"The staff was super friendly and nice, my som felt at ease and they were so nice to give them treats at the end, they explain everything thoroughly and their follow up is great The waiting time was a bit challenging but given that it’s a walk in clinic it was reasonable I highly recommend dealing with them"

I usually come here for myself to see nurse unique and dr emily who are always there and give very exceptional care, and to my surprise they were there, got my mother in and out right away even did a ecg on her.
