"Dr. Leopold and the staff at this West Chelsea CityMD were wonderful and extremely efficient on a Friday night before a holiday travel trip. I was promptly assessed and treated with a kind assertiveness. The followup in the app was efficient and I was pleased with the overall experience. Highly recommend for those last-minute urgent issues!"

"Stay away from this place. I went to get a Covid PCR test on Thursday, December 28th, they charged me $60. They told me I would have my results in 2 days, by that Saturday, the results never came. The following Monday was New Years day, so I called on Tuesday the 2nd, still no results. This time they tell me it takes 2 business days, I point out that this is the 2nd business day. I call again today, Wednesday the 3rd, still no results, the person on the phone asks if I want to speak to the manager. The manager tells me it takes 2 to 3 business days, I point out that this is the 3rd business day. She sounds annoyed and asks if I want her to call the lab, she put me on hold and never came back. I was on hold for about 15 minutes waiting with no status update so I finally hung up. She called back 10 minutes later telling me they still can't give me a date for when I will receive my test results. Additionally, I asked for an itemized bill because it looks like they added a weight loss service I did not ask for nor did I receive, and she told me I have to wait for a bill from my insurance company, she said they don't handle bills at this location."

"Came in with extreme foot pain. Practice person said it can't be a stress fracture and X-ray shows nothing so prob tendonitis. Didn't give me a boot or suggest I get one. Eventually had to get a MRI and it was infact a stress fracture and I walked on it without a boot for two weeks because of the initial prognosis."

"If you work for the MTA, don't come here. I was told I couldn't get sick lines signed b/c the doctor mistook it for FMLA and refused to even attempt to rectify her mistakes. I ended up going to Mount Siani up the block where I was treated MUCH MORE FAIRLY as a walk in."

"They advertise that they give out vaccines, and the person at the front desk said it'd be completely covered. Then I get a $300 bill and get told by their billing department they charge everything as an urgent care visit no matter what, and I should never get a vaccine there. Whether it's a scam or incompetence, it doesn't really matter, I'm going to stay away in the future."
