"Face My Doc is a fraudulent company. They will not deliver on anything they promised. After paying for your $29 background check and providing your credentials and personal information, they will be IMPOSSIBLE to reach. Their website support and cut links lead to inactive pages, they don’t answer the phone as it is voicemail only, no one responds to emails and one year after paying for your background check, out of nowhere they will begin charging you a monthly fee of $29. No warning, no notification and no communication as to why. Stay far away from these guys! They are a sophisticated group of organized crime/scammers. Because you initially gave access to your bank account, your bank won’t consider it as fraud and since they currently don’t have any job openings listed on indeed, you can’t report them as fraud. They know exactly what they are doing. World class scammers. BEWARE AND STAY FAR AWAY!!! Update: I reported you to BBB, local and National consumer protection agencies and blasted you here on Google. You responded to exactly ZERO allegations and the proof submitted! Get a real job and a legitimate business - STOP SCAMMING PROVIDERS YOU CROOKS!!!!! You don’t deserve a 1 star rating, even 0 stars would be too good for you. I’d give -10 if I could. SCAMMERS!!!"

"No customer service, be aware as a provider they may automatically sign you us and charge your account for a subscription and there is no one to call or reach out to to cancel. Do not give them you bank infromation, the will automatically charge you $39. They do not answer the phone or respond to emails. People who have given positive reviews either work there or are paid. The owner replied to this post previously and never worked to resolve the issue. Filed a Consumer Protection report. Please all providers be very wary of this company."

"Beware of this fraudulent company. 2 or 3 years ago while using a popular search engine for work, I came across this companies ad, needless to say after applying for the job I was notified that I'd have to pay for a background check which I complied. I entered my Visa details and was charged as expected. The issue came after the "so-called" background check charge. A rep called explaining that the next step was for me to purchase a yearly subscription which cost around $5000 with no patient guarantee or other subscription tiers such as commission-based only payments. I told them.I was not interested in.moving forward. Ultimately, this company saved my card details and would inconspicuously charge my card when I last expected it without authorization then when you try to contact them, each of their multiple phone numbers says they are 'experiencing a high call volume" and call back later. Meanwhile, there is a flood of "good" reviews on Google. I had to get a brand new card altogether. Beware of this scam company.!"

"BEWARE! THIS IS A SCAM I tried giving ZERO stars but it wouldn't let me. After reading the comments I realized I was not the only one. This company charged my bank account an initial fee of $89 for a "background check" which I never received, nor did they ever receive my consent to perform a background check. Then proceeded to charge my account three more times, each $39 for a "subscription fee." I tried reaching out to this company to dispute charges and cancel an apparent "subscription" that was made without my consent. Unfortunately, you can not get a live person on the phone. I have already filed a fraudulent claim against this company on the BBB website."
