"My experience with them has been atrocious from the start. During my consultation, I was immediately asked if I wanted medication. When I said no, I was asked if I was sure. Then I was told I couldn't get a therapist with the hours I needed. I called to set up the consultation and was very clear with the person I spoke to that I needed someone with after 5pm hours. Not a problem. Ok. Consultation woman said there was no one there who worked those hours. I instead scheduled with someone for 8am appointments. Better to be 15 late for work than to leave in the middle of the day. Went to one session at 8am before I was told the office changed their hours and 8am was no longer an available time. Not my therapists fault, as I was an in-person client. I couldn't come when the office was not open. So I moved to 9am. Made it work. Once a week, every week. Then there was cancellations. Without warning and without explanation. Via an automated text. Unless my therapist called me to tell me why the appointment was cancelled, I was left with no reason. Then I was charged co-pay for amount a month and a half before being told I wasn't supposed to be. Then my regular time slots were being taken because the facility decided to schedule new clients without consulting my therapist on his own schedule. Fast forward to recently. My therapist supposedly gave notice for a four week resignation. I had my appointment, and wasn't called by the facility until 7:30am the morning of my 9am appointment. When I questioned why I was not contacted sooner I was met with aggression, attitude, and excuses. About how I didn't know the circumstances surrounding the firing of my therapist. About how they only have 4 staff members. About how they had too many patients to contact. If my therapist goes elsewhere, I will happily follow him. But I will never go back to Landmark after everything I've dealt with and the attitude I got from Kelly, as if I did something wrong. Not at all professional and I did not feel my mental health was their primary goal in any way."

"If I can give this place zero stars I would. Do not trust anyone there. The reception desk was nice enough but anyone else there claiming to want to help you? Absolutely not. My first appointment they started me on new medication and I was having severe side effects from it and at my appointment they told me to call if I have any side effects and I called THREE times. First two no one picked it up and the third they told me someone would call me back. Nothing. Then I emailed them and they told me the person who prescribed me the medication normally doesn’t call patients and I was told to go off the medication and wait till my next appointment which was MONTHS away. Awful place if you value your mental health."

"Don’t waste your time or money. Dr won’t show up some days and they won’t call to tell you. Constant staff turnover, firing (or as they call “restructuring “) the only decent employees. He’s just after your money but takes months and months to send claims to your insurance. Go somewhere where you aren’t just a number, where you can actually get quality, personalized care. They don’t care at all about your mental health needs. If you choose to go, prepare to take the entire day off of work as the dr is always running hours behind and could care less about you as a person."

"I've been a patient here for 4-5 years now, and I couldn't imagine going anywhere else. The medical staff are knowledgeable, caring and work with you to find the best treatment plan. My psych appointments are actually 30+ minutes which is so different than what I'm used to which are 5-10 minute checkups. The doctors actually listen to you and the therapists are great. They do have a fairly strict attendance/no-show policy but I cannot fault them for that as other people could be seen while you forgot about your appointment. Because of this scheduling is very easy and it's not a huge wait for appointments. Overall I cannot recommend this place enough if your are looking for a mental health practice."

"I’ve been coming to Landmark for over two years now after moving back to Buffalo, and I love the folks here! They are very down to earth and welcoming. My experiences have been a bit different from the lower reviews. They have worked with me around any insurance issues and my medication issues are always addressed on time."
