"My daughter had her ears pierced. They put an extremely small earring and they knew my daughter had big earlobes. The skin grew over within four days. I tried to go back to see if they can help us and they would not even do anything they said I had to pay the $64 all over again. I will never go there again. They said call the 800#. How were we supposed to know the skin would grow over. Also said you were the ones who picked them out. I have never pierced ears. I don’t know what type of earrings to use. She told me titanium, and they only had two different titanium for your piercing."

"The manager working in here today was so RUDE and unprofessional! I brought my daughter here to get her ears pierced and ended up walking away without doing any business. She told us to pick what we wanted and she would be right out, after waiting out there for 15-20 minutes, we went back in to see if she was ready and she said she was “really busy”. I’m sure she was, I run a retail store myself, I understand the stresses of it, but would NEVER treat one of my customers this way. After choosing what we wanted, she said it would be best to pick something else in case my daughter was allergic, so back to square one, after a few minutes of trying to choose something new, she literally walked away from us back into the store and said she didn’t have the time! WHAT?? I just took my daughter and left. Not to mention, there was not a single person in the store the entire time this happened."
