"**UPDATE** I changed my review from one to five because I had the opportunity to actually talk and interact with the people who work in this hospital/care center. They’re very kind, professional and accommodating. I don’t think they have anything to do with the phone fiasco, where I was put on hold for more than 30 minutes. I think that’s more of a general VA phone service problem and not theirs, and I don’t think it’d be fair to blame them for something out of their control. The staff here is very nice, respectful and friendly. The nurses, doctors, the receptionist, all are very nice people, and do their best to help."

"Completely Horrible how they treat veterans. You call the outpatient center they put you on hold for over 20 mins just to converse with other people. In my years this center is going downhill. You would think this place is a free clinic. I am completely disappointed in the outpatient clinic. The staff knows alot of the vets do not know about google reviews etc to complain but i do. And will Record next time I am there for myself or family member. If you think this is a Joke try calling the center yourself and the woman who handles the phone will prove my point"

"Always clean, always treated with respect, professional staff. Ample parking. Went for the covid-19 vaccination. My wait was less than 10 minutes. Received the Pfizer vaccine. No side effects. Both segments completed now. 2 thumbs up."

"I am a veteran and I went to the outpatient clinic and was treated disgusting by every staff I encountered there and got no assistance. My visit was a waste a time. I didn’t even get to set up as a veteran there because everything is COVID. Healthcare professionals should be more comfortable with giving assistance to people because at this point COVID is a year old and people are getting vaccinated. If you guys trust the tests and vaccines why can’t people be assisted with the right protective wear. Worst experience ever. DO NOT COME HERE"
