"Great doctors, heartless terrible physician billing team. Made false promises of 100% financial assistance, stuck me w a $3000 bill after promising assistance, then only gave me 2 months to pay it before sending me to collections and trying to garnish my wages over the remaining small balance of $1800 which I was making payments on. Called several times and was advised by them that I would be taken out of collections if I paid $525 which I did and they still had collectors calling me. Now they’re trying to get the irs involved. This is a hospital that got over $100,000 from my insurance already mind you. They are not big picture people, they will harass you and hurt your reputation to your employer over $1800. They are spending more money pursuing this than doing what they said they would and forgive it or in the least accept my monthly payments. I even had their billing team member tell me not to ask for a payment plan because I planned to pay this off end of sept/early October yet they continue to harass me. Unbelievable. Will never go back despite having great doctors."

"Birthing people beware. There is very, very little support for birthing persons, next to zero ability to influence induction time, and long wait times for any staff attention (unless and until you become an emergency). Giving two stars because I didn't die in childbirth and because the nurses were generally very kind, despite being quite obviously stretched thin. The food's also okay."
