"This not being my first career (or second), it is more challenging for me to study and retain information. This, coupled with the fact that I generally do not score well on exams to begin with, ended up being a great experience. Mike and Francine actually care. They want their students to succeed. Mike has the patients of a saint. He helps his students to not only learn the information but to have it make sense. He has helped me to pass the State exam as well as the school exam on my first attempt. I tried another school prior to WNY School of Real Estate and failed miserably. The test was like learning a different language. I encourage anyone and everyone to utilize the skills and knowledge the Mike is offering to share to help you be successful on the exams. The rest is up to us."
