"I walked out! Dr Lee has zero knowledge of any medications I am currently on. I’m a kidney transplant recipient and I was advised by my nephrologist to obtain a primary doctor. Dr Lee didn’t know anything. I have been in out of medical care for years and this place is absolutely unprofessional!!! The receptionist at first tried to tell me I had a deductible. I have had the same insurance since 2005. When I read the papers, it clearly said if I was out of network. Which I wasn’t. Please save your time and copay!!! Find a better place for your health care!!!"

"Very unprofessional very unreliable 2 hrs+ wait time in waiting room Dont go you will regret it!!!This is the wrost place ever I been too so unprofessional staff and the speak so unprofessional how the running a business here 2 week trying to get my results and still can't get it ..I waited 2 hrs in the house for another ask how long more saying 6 patient still ahead of me lol I think the doctor sleepy instead of seeing the patient lol"

"When I went, the Center was clean. The staff was friendly (I talked to about 6 different people) and helpful with giving me the proper information to set up a primary care doctor for the first time. Dr. Zoda was very friendly and helpful as well."

"This place deserves ZERO stars!!! This is the most unprofessional, uncaring “medical office” I’ve ever seen. The doctor never laid hands on the elderly patient. Her neck has been bothering her for months and he didn’t even ask her to POINT to where it hurts. He never got up from his desk!! You have to beg for a referral and they leave it up to you to find your own doctor that accepts your insurance. The wait time is ridiculous. It’s very unprofessional so if you don’t care about your loved ones then send them to this place. I wouldn’t send my cat to this place. The lack of respect for elderly people is disheartening. It’s in a minority neighborhood so they make it painfully obvious that they could care less if you relative is hurting or dying. People go there because it’s close to home but I’d rather drive three hours away than go to this place! They don’t listen to the elderly at all and treats them like they don’t have common sense! My mother’s doctors office gives her a FULL exam, draws blood, tests her urine and gives her referrals to places that accepts her insurance so all we do is call for an appointment. This place is every man for themselves. It’s very clear that they could care less. My aunts appointment was at 9 and at 12pm they allowed a woman who possibly has dementia walk out unattended after they were left instructions that she might disappear and guess what, she did. If they’re not interested in helping then they should close down. I’m going to find another doctor for my aunt where they’re not afraid to actually touch the patient. If you care anything about your family member then find somewhere else to send them. This place should be turned into a corner store. It’s definitely not a healthcare facility. You should see the referral for the orthopedic surgeon the “doctor” wrote. It says bone doctor. Now I haven’t been to medical school but I can do better than bone doctor. If they have to refer you outside of their practice then they could care less. They want the money to stay in their facility. But how do you get an exam if they won’t touch you? You’ve been warned. This place isn’t fit for a pet rat! Take your loved one elsewhere or you’ll be taking them to the morgue because they don’t care! Im very upset by what I witnessed today!"

"This office post covid is so unorganized and not helpful at all. My daughter is not well and and I’m calling for an appointment on a day when the dr is in and they are refusing to give me that day and telling me to wait the day of to ask and find out. It’s a disappointment. This is supposed to be a close convenient doctors office for me and it’s honestly not working out and I’m going to have to take time to just find another dr because the staff here and doctor are unprofessional."
