"Other than this place having a nicely renovated lobby, and for Nurse Annie on 5 North, this place is utterly unorganized and a piece of {%{*}^# sh**. Nurses, doctors and staff can’t communicate with each other to tell patients and their families what is going on. They give conflicting information and are basically rushing to get you out. NO Nurse really wants to help, everyone wants to pass the tasks to someone else until 4 people later when someone decides they should help. So be prepared for your loved one to be sitting / laying in their poop or piss. Did I mention the roaches?"
