"Had a good experience in May and a good experience today. My thermostat stopped working due to a connection issue. I called and they were able to send someone same day, which was a pleasant surprise. Super friendly service over the phone and I did receive the heads up call once they were on their way. The service person found that they installed the drainage tube incorrectly, causing condensation to back up into the air handler. He fixed the tubing and cleared the drains, and stayed to make sure things were running well before leaving. He was a pleasure and I’m grateful that he took a moment to show me the issue and explain how it happened. It’s a bummer it wasn’t installed properly, but they rectified it on the first call and I’m happy with the service."
