"Our vehicle was stuck on the side of the road during a huge storm. We called Burt and he diagnosed it over the phone. We were able to limp it to an auto parts store because of his forethought (keeping a spare part in the car since it tends to go out of these vehicles, he said) and willingness to help anyone. Instead of a 3 hour wait and hundreds of dollars at AAA, it took 38 minutes and less than $50. Burt is a great guy and I will never recommend another auto shop. Even when I move I might make a trip just to take my car here!"
