"My son has attended this school since 2nd grade and now he is in the 4th grade. I’m shocked at the school system and how this school has failed their students and co- workers. Example: if my child’s teacher is absent for two weeks, none of the kids go home with any homework.. the principal is always unprofessional. A replacement whom is worst than the last . My son also rides the bus with different age groups. So, basically they have to worry about the older kids bullying them. Which doesn't Allow them to focus in school and being constantly put in a situation that they can’t handle without an adult. A 6th grader physically attacked my son and wasn’t suspended! The principal also felt there was no need for a meeting between parents. Her excuse was that child is going through a hard time, wait what? So it’s ok to physically attack another child if your going through issues at home . What’s to say my son ain’t going through his own issues. Also, the principal sends my son to see the nurse but fails to call me at the time of the incident. The principal actually put my son on the bus and called me after. It took two hours for my son to arrive and find out what actually happened. Again, another failure towards the children and parents. Actions like this cause children to have emotional and behavior problems. But the system would definitely blame the parents, the nerve. Im shocked the principal would not call me so I can pick my son up before dismissal but they felt it wasn’t a danger to put my son on the bus with the same child who has been picking on him all year, extremely unacceptable!! I addressed my concerns to the previous principal but it ended with a call to the cops for school neglect ,the officer arrived and he did rectify the situation at the time. After a couple of months the school decides to endanger these kids again. I’m so frustrated with this school. Board of education this school needs HELP please find a principal who is witty and professional the kids come first not your coffeee , mam’"
"Me and my older sister used to go to this school and it sucked the lunches weren’t good sometimes the milks were expired and when I would report a bully they would defend the bully."
"so unnecessarily strict to prep kids grade 6-8. volume level restrictions in lunch, meaning you cannot speak to your friends or sit with your friends unless told to, and still lining up at the door 5 mins before the bell. felt soooo cultish. you could not wear any types of jeans, leggings, and if god forbid a staff member sees you with something that has a hood on it. you bet theyll catch an attitude and tell you to put it in your locker. spent ten years of my life in that school."
"My 1st grade and 2nd grade teachers where just the worst how can you run a school when the firsf 2 grades are actively sabotaging kids"
"bullies are a huge problem, with an administration that is uncaring and undisciplined when coming to rowdy children and ineffective teachers."
